| iMeta pushes staff development to the extreme! Neil Jenman, one of iMeta's software developers, was selected as first reserve in the Challenge Transat 2006 yacht race sponsored by Southampton City Council. |
 |
The challenge was billed as a "chance for a member of staff to develop their teambuilding and interpersonal skills, to help them to think laterally, consider the impact of their actions and to take responsibility for others".
Neil was given an extra week's paid leave to undertake sailing training - The picture was taken by Neil himself when he climbed 100ft up a mast speeding through the Solent!!!! Now that's's extreme staff development!
